Please note that we do no guarantee accepting walk in reservations.

 Our facility operates around the clock, providing service 24/7 for your convenience. However, our doors open for client access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Rest assured, our dedicated staff remains on-site throughout these hours to attend to your needs and ensure the well-being of your pets. 

 1. Proof of Vaccination: Prior to your pet's stay, we kindly request that your veterinarian send us the current vaccination dates via fax or email. Alternatively, you may bring in proof of current vaccinations upon arrival.

- For Dogs: Rabies, DAPP (2 rounds), and Bordetella.
- For Cats: Rabies and FVRCP.

2. Age Requirements: For the safety and well-being of all our guests, puppies and kittens must be a minimum of 12 weeks old.

3. Required Vaccinations: All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian. The required vaccinations for dogs include Rabies, DHPPI, and Bordetella. For cats, the required vaccinations are Rabies and FVRCP. We prioritize the health and safety of all our guests, and adherence to these vaccination requirements ensures a secure and comfortable environment for everyone. 

 Yes, there is a veterinarian available at Sol Pet Resort from 09:00AM - 18:00PM 7 days a week. 

 Yes, at Sol Pet Resort, our staff members are trained to administer medications to pets with special needs. However, we regret to inform you that we no longer accept insulin-dependent pets. If you have a senior pet with specific requirements, please notify one of our associates, and we will be happy to accommodate their needs.

For the administration of medications, it is essential that the medications are presented in their original container or bottle with written instructions. These instructions should include the name of the pet, the name of the medication, dosage, route of administration, and any special instructions. Additionally, the pet parent must complete the Prescription Medication Form (or Controlled Medication form, when applicable).

It's important to note that medications, vitamins, and supplements should not be prepacked with the pet’s meals. If any medications, vitamins, or supplements are found in pre packed meals, our staff will contact the pet parent to determine the medication name and dosage instructions. The items will then be removed, documented on a medication form, and entered into our system to ensure accuracy in administration.

Your pet's well-being and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to provide the best care possible at Sol Pet Resort. 

 Absolutely, Sol Pet Resort offers a 24/7 webcam service as an add-on option for your pet's room. This paid service allows you to check in on your pet at any time, day or night, providing peace of mind and the ability to stay connected with your furry friend even while you're apart. 

 While we encourage you to bring your pet's own food pre-bagged per serving per day to maintain their normal diet and prevent upset stomachs, we also offer Taste of the wild Diet as our premium house food for 2JDs per day per pet. If you require refrigeration for your pet's food, we are happy to accommodate that as well. Your pet's dietary needs and preferences are important to us, and we strive to provide the best options for their well-being during their stay at Sol Pet Resort. 

 Sol Pet Resort extends a special offer to new clients: One Free Stay or Play. This exclusive opportunity allows your pet to enjoy a complimentary day of day camp or one night of boarding, providing the perfect chance for your furry friend to experience our top-notch care and facilities while you meet our team and tour our resort. 

 Yes you can, although for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your pet's preferred toys, blankets, or bedding. This measure is in place to maintain a flea and tick-free environment. Additionally, for safety reasons, we request that you avoid bringing any rawhide items, as they may pose a choking hazard. Please be assured that we provide premium bedding and blankets to all our guests at no extra cost, ensuring a cozy and pleasant stay for your furry friend. 

 Yes, pets from the same family are welcome to stay together in the same suite, and we offer a discounted rate for additional pets sharing accommodations. However, please note that for safety and comfort reasons, we cannot house cats and dogs together in the same cage. 

 Yes, we do offer dog training services! Please contact our training representative at (+962-79-180-18-11) for more information and to schedule sessions for your furry friend. 

 Certainly! We welcome schools, NGOs, and corporate organizations to host their events at our resort. Please contact our event coordinator to discuss your requirements and to arrange the details of your event.
